Install and set up

Install and activate

Admin → Marketplace → Elsa Workflows → Install, then Activate. Beta installs must be allowed under Settings → Marketplace (see Marketplace). Elsa gets its own section in the admin sidebar, marked with the Elsa logo.

Connect the server

On the main site, open Elsa → Connection, enter the Elsa server and its credentials, test, and save (see Connect a server).

Design a workflow

Open Elsa → Studio, build a workflow, and publish it. Only published workflows can be started from Justflows.

Choose who can use it

Give staff the Elsa operator or Elsa viewer role, or grant Elsa capabilities to existing roles (see Staff access).
