Capabilities and limits
Who on your team can do what in Elsa Workflows, and the meters a platform can limit.
Capabilities
Administrators hold every capability. Custom roles and per-user grants can hand out any of them (see Users and roles). Every route checks its own capability, so hiding a menu item is never the only gate.

Only administrators see Elsa → Connection.
Usage meters
A platform can limit Elsa per website or workspace with quota meters. Subscription plans in Shop can set them.

Starts from the admin, comment workflows, Forms, and the SDK all count toward starts. A start over the limit is refused before Elsa is called.
