Run Elsa locally

The plugin's source folder has a Docker Compose file that starts Elsa 3 and Studio on http://localhost:14000:

docker compose up -d

• Set JUSTFLOWS_ELSA_ALLOW_PRIVATE=1 on Justflows, then save http://localhost:14000 as both the server and Studio URL, with API-key authentication. The key is in docker/local.env, which is not committed.
• The image is Elsa's evaluation quick start. It stores workflows in SQLite on the Docker volume, not in your Justflows database.
• With the local switch on, Forms also creates a hello-elsa demo form wired to the jf-forms-hello-world workflow.
