Email templates
Design and version the system emails Justflows sends: global branding, typed variables, locale variants, previews, and safe test sends.

Admin → Emails is a versioned editor for every transactional email Justflows sends — account, password, two-factor, security, and administrative messages. It carries global branding, typed variables, locale variants, a draft/publish workflow, and desktop, mobile, and plain-text previews.
Branding and templates
- Global branding — logo, colours, and footer applied to every template, set once.
- Per-template content — subject and body for each message type.
- Typed variables — each template exposes a fixed set of variables (a recipient name, a reset link, …); the editor lists them and checks the body only uses variables the template provides.
- Locale variants — a template can carry a version per site language; delivery picks the recipient's locale and falls back to the default.
Draft, publish, and preview
Templates have draft and published states. Preview any draft as desktop HTML, mobile HTML, or plain text before publishing. If a published template ever fails to render, delivery falls back to a safe built-in version of that message, so a broken edit never blocks a security email. The core security templates cannot be disabled.
Test sends
Send a sanitized test copy of any template to an address you choose. The test fills the typed variables with sample values and goes through the real transport, so it also confirms outgoing mail is configured.
Access and diagnostics
Editing is gated by its own capability pair, email-templates:read and email-templates:manage, separate from mail:read / mail:manage — so an administrator can grant template editing to a user or custom role without exposing the mail delivery log. The published template and version that produced a message are recorded in the privacy-masked mail diagnostics.
