Form submissions

Forms 0.4.0 and later starts Elsa when a visitor sends a form. The form editor has an Elsa workflow field:

• Leave it empty to publish the Elsa event justflows.forms.submitted. In Studio, start a workflow with an Event activity of that name to run it for every form.
• Choose a published workflow to run only that one for this form.

The input is { formId, formName, values }, with up to 40 field values of 2,000 characters each, and the submission id is the correlation id. A form still works normally when Elsa is not active or not connected.
