Update content

PATCH/api/manage/v1/content/{id}

Updates an entry. On a draft the change is saved directly. On a published entry it is saved as the working revision, unless status publishes or unpublishes it. Changing status to published, or touching a scheduled entry's status, also requires content:publish.

Authorization

    Bearer jfk_…: an API key created in Admin → Settings → API.

  • Required capabilitycontent:update

    The key and its owner must both hold it. Content scopes on the key are applied to this request as well.

  • 403The key or its owner lacks the required capability or scope.
  • 404No such resource on this site.
  • 429Per-key or per-IP rate limit exceeded. Wait for the seconds in Retry-After.
